How do I locate lost policies or existing policies on which I have little or no information?
If you have your insurance company's name or your agent's name you can search our website at http://www.ldi.state.la.us/search_forms/searchforms.htm for their telephone numbers, and addresses. You can then contact your insurer or your agent to let them know that you have lost your policies, and ask that they assist you in locating them.
